United told its employees today that it IAD-DXB service is ending January 23:

Delta earlier announced that its DXB flight is ending. As I have consistently posted in the past, I would bet money that AA will not be launching service to DXB anytime in the near future.

Totally agree. Zero chance a US airline flies to AUH/DXB/DOH within the next decade.
