Cruel hoax-esummary says Platinum--but I'm a Gold. Anyone else?
I received my monthly eSummary today with the subject line:
AAdvantage Platinum eSummary At Your Request
When I opened the e-mail it started
Dear MR. Vermonster
AAdvantage Platinum® Member
No big deal you say. Well, I'm only a Gold. Checked my profile on AA.com and confirmed "Gold"
Anybody else notice this?
