Daylight Meal Services to LHR

I know this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to find a thread...

I'm planning to visit a friend who is moving to Cambridge in a couple of weeks, and I'm thinking of taking the daylight service from either ORD or JFK... Does anybody know how the F/J food service is on these flights? Any menu transcripts available? How does it compare (favorably/unfavorably) to the overnight Dinner/Breakfast services?

Thanks for any help!

I got home Monday night from the JFK daytime - this is my memory:

Breakfast:
Fruit, Youghurt, pastries, cereal with strawberries
Omlette, Panini or French Toast

Meal before Landing
Shrimp Salad or Pork Salad
Fruit tart

I always think there is plenty of food for so short a flight.
