Is there a way to contact ticketing dept (in Milton, FL)?

Maybe someone has a previous experience with this. I sent two VDB vouchers for separate tix (Oct. and Nov. departures). Now it turns out, I'd really like to get the residual back ASAP (it's not a small amount, and I'm going to need it for yet another ticket).

Given that the departure date for my current tix is not for another couple of months, I know that the ticketing dept. might take s few weeks in processing them.

So here's the question: is there any way to request an expedite ticketing (paying a small fee if necessary)? The Platinum reservation AAgent didn't know of any way to contact them, but they're not always the most informed ones anyway...

And before anyone asks: I can't even dream of having such ticketing processed here at OGG (it would take a TA the best part of a day, and it would probably be processed incorrectly).
