Another 11/1 Change - GCM
Just noticed another 11/1 change. AA has moved the "late" flight from MIA to GCM up to around 5pm. This seems a really silly change since it means that you cannot now get from the west coast to GCM from a city without a MIA nonstop in one day without taking a night coach. There would seem no particular reason for this change since the plane just overnights in GCM so far as I know. Unfortunately for me this broke a reservation I had. What is worse is that AA seems to have just "updated" my reservation with a broken trip - i.e., they show me reserved on a flight now departing before my arrival in MIA! No notification or anything. God knows what someone who doesn't monitor their web site would do upon arriving at the airport. If I hadn't already booked with aa I'd move the trip elsewhere. In any case, be warned if you are a west coast person going to the Caymans.
