Really excellent customer service today
I posted about all the problems my husband has been having with pre-check in that thread but I wanted to post about the really excellent customer service we have been getting from AA in regards to this. A supervisor called me back today and I know I can't post her name but she drilled in to a bunch of his upcoming trips, and is personally watching his trip next week to see what comes back from DHS and is going to call me back then and see what needs to be done to rectify the issue.
