10% miles refund with Exective card?
Does the Executive card offer the 10% miles refund for redeemed awards?

I don't think so (I have the card and just looked over the "benefits" - it wasn't there).

Just keep in mind that it's only 10% back on the first 100k you redeem each calendar year. Ie, a maximum of 10k back per calendar year.
So, if for example, you redeem 300k in a year, you still only get 10k back, not 30k back.
And you don't have a regular card also? (You cancelled them all?) If you had kept a regular card, it would have given you the 10% back benefit while the Executive would have given you a completely different set of benefits.
Unforutnately, once you've applied for an Executive card, you can't apply for the regular card again for 12 to 18 to 26 months. Which is why if you wanted both, you should have gotten the regular first, not cancelled it, and then gotten the Executive card.

I've gotten my 10000 miles back this year and I'm pretty sure I did use my exec card, not another AA citicard

The 10% rebate is not contingent on your using the card to book the award Just that you have an eligible AA card linked to your account. AA Executive card does not have the rebate feature, so you must have had another AA card that has that benefit.
