PlanAAhead vs. AAnytime Question

I forgot, what is considered "planning ahead" for the PlanAAhead award? AA.com seems to have left this point out in their explanation of the various award types, unfortunately. Is it 14-day advance on the reservation? 21? Thanks in advance...

PlanAAhead

* Can be claimed for fewer miles
* Recommended when you are planning a trip in advance
* Subject to capacity controls and travel embargo dates

AAnytime

* May be claimed for any available seat in the designated class of service on any day
* Have no capacity controls, no travel embargo dates, no restrictions for when you fly (provided the flight is not sold out)

To avoid a processing fee for planAAhead or AAnytime award, you need 21 days notice. You can travel today on a planAAhead award, if there are seats.
