Yeah, I thought it was some form of compensation for the merger, since my balance went up by 1700 ecerts. Last week, when I called to UPG with an eVP, she told me I actually had 38 (OK) and that by Monday they expected the problem to be fixed. I was hoping to convert to 850,000 miles, but then...

Mine have been gone for at least a week. Not too worried, they'll sort it out. The iPhone app still shows my upgrades.

Still can't see mine either. Even more confusing is that the iPhone app has balances changing and being all over the place (and the math it's using to calculate my balance after utilizing stickers in incorrect...), yet the EXP desk tells me a totally different number.
