Since it's specific to this year I would've voted for "no increase in miles needed for trip awards". It would've been more unique than some options also common to other airlines (and votes for it could've helped send a message to the industry).

The most important and most amazing benefit is not listed : OneWorld Explorer AAwards

Mr Parker in the future worries me on this one.
