HELP! Using AA Gift Certificates
I hope someone can give me some assistance:
I have two $ 200.00 gift certificates (vouchers) on AA. I would like to use them on ORD-LGB over the July 4 holiday.
1. Can I use them at aa.com, or do I have to go to the airport to redeem them.
2. Given the current legal battles at LGB, does anyone think they will affect my trip over the July 4 weekend on ORD-LGB.

You do need to either take them in to the airport or mail them in. Someday they will let us use these electronically, but not yet.
