Spring 777 additions

Just noticed that in the last day 777s have been added for the following routes:

DFW-MAD effective 4/1
DFW-CDG effective 5/8
ORD-LHR (7:10pm flight upgraded from 763) effective 5/8

And yes, this is a significant development; anyone who does a little poking around will see why .

No idea why this is 'a significant development' here, either.

Can't remember the last time I saw that much non-stop TATL purple on one screen.

And we have a winner. I'm guessing it'll all be gone (either booked or the glitch will be realized; EF shows almost all 7s) by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

I think they're referring to availability on 772's in F - they're transitioning to all J, so maybe this means F on the 772 isn't dead.

Not exactly. And it'll be a while before the 772s are truly transitioned, probably not for this summer. If last cabin update cycle (around 07, when the current J was installed and all 772s went from coffins to suites in F) is anything to go by, then the 763s will be refitted first, followed by the 772s.
