I agree with you guys 50k miles for $300 is a no brainer.
Isn't it the $300 for 100,000 miles or .3 per mile?

Maybe it is because he is reinstating 100K, but using 50K for the new lower priced awards.

Yep! That's what I meant!! I will be using 50k for new lowered priced awards.

If you have a Citi/AA credit card, I believe PBI is on the reduced mileage list in january. Could save even more miles for part of your trip if it worked out.

Wow, good idea!! I have the Visa Signature. I didn't even realize I could save miles this way. Thanks for your help!
