Survey: Who has the most miles with NO expiration date?

I'm curious - who has the most unused AA miles with no expiration date?

For those who don't remember them, they were the miles earned prior to July 1, 1989.

I'm still sitting on 372,993 of them. I just haven't had a chance to use them yet.

wow ! I have seen one account that had 1,000,000 old miles, but these things are rare. This person keeps getting 200,000 new miles every year and never needs the old ones. Its just like an old bank account that just sits there. One day it will come in handy. Too bad they dont earn interest. Im glad you have them, and one day you will enjoy them.

You used to be able to claim two tickets on the Concorde for 175,000 miles, but I heard they dropped that award.

I have almost 200k. The best award I have used off "old" miles is the 10,000 domestic upgrade which is Coach to F (which was interpreted to include P). I did a $199 roundtrip from LA to JFK and flew in P using the award. I have heard some people say that AA will no longer allow that usage.

My Old mile balance is 582,551.

I save that for two awards;
30A - Two 48 state upgrades any coach fare to FIRST (even on a three class.

Problem with this award is most people at the airport don't know about it and Special Services at JFK or LAX usually downgrade me.
The EXP desk always restores the reservation when I call.

I also like the 75A award --two First Class to Hawaii...premium cabin on the three class.
