No, you wouldn't go through US Preclearance to board a flight to LHR. You would only preclear as you board a flight to USA. After preclearance, you would be in a separate sealed area of the building, only for precleared, US-bound pax.

This arrangement is used in all major airports in Canada for pax destined to USA.
