Crossed 2 million miles
On June 11, 2001, I crossed the 2 million mile mark on AA. Does anyone know how long it takes for a new Platinum card to be issued.
Also, I am confused from earlier postings. Will I receive additional stickers or will I be issued VIPOW's. If stickers are awarded how do I exhange them for VIPOWs?

Congratulations!
You should receive 4 VIPOWs, if recent reports are accurate.
As for the new card, I crossed 2MM in mid-May and haven't seen anything yet, but others said their card arrived in two weeks.

I crossed 2MM in early March and it took 3 months for card and VIPOWs to arrive.

I hit 2MM at the end of February and just received my new EXP card showing the 2MM two weeks ago.
