What are they going to do with the other 6 F seats?

Since this is a first time for me - who does AA typically send to these events and are they run as a speech, followed by Q&A or is it an informal gathering with AA staff mingling with invited customers? If Q&A, at the risk of this being considered a cross post (hopefully mods will give me latitude ), I might ask about the recently announced Targeted EQM/EQP/RDM/SWU promotion.....

Maybe if they sent invited to non hub EXPs they might get some revenue from people flying in. I live in KY and would gladly pay to fly to DFW or ORD to see the planes. That being said I HATE the new tail livery.

Sometimes, there are cake, drinks, balloons, various goodies like pens, note pads, discount certificates, etc.

Is this going to show off a new 77W? The wife and I are booked in F on the 77W round-trip to LHR this summer. I am drooling over this and hope one of you fine folks will be posting pics

I had posted about my experience today at MIA in another forum... can't find a "delete post" button, but if you are interested in what it was all about, here is a link to the post:

I wonder what the procedure is, exactly. It says can come and go during anytime they're at the airport, and there's a shuttle available from some parking lot, but I'll be flying in that morning so I'm wondering if I can walk over. Of course, there's no contact info for questions...

Are we sure they're showing off a 77W, and not just a newly refurbished plane?
