free checked bags for OW elites
Hello,
I have OW Ruby level from another airline, and will be flying domestic on AA. According to AA's website:
The following passengers will be allowed a 1st and/or 2nd checked bag at no additional charge.....
oneworld Alliance Emerald, Sapphire or Ruby members....
I am just wondering as a OW Ruby, do I get 1, or 2 free checked bags? The language on AA's website (the "and/or") is a bit confusing.
I emailed AA about this; it's been 10 days and there's no response.
