Clos Pegase Wine

Clos Pegase Napa Valley Chardonnay 1993
Figured this would be on board with Dr. Vine as the wine consultant.
He was my Food Science 470 (Wine Appreciation, I got an "A") professor at Purdue at the same time. Clos Pegase was one of his favorite wineries and he even had the owner in for one of the classes. He would also remind us that AA provided all of the wines we had in class and to remember that during our professional careers!
