Reservation on AA.com for travel on BA

Reservation on AA.com for travel on BA
On Nov. 6th, I made an award reservation on AA.com for travel on BA that I was able to put on hold for purchase until midnight Nov. 11th. The details of this reservation was as follows:
Flight 1
BRITISH AIRWAYS #182
Flight New York(JFK) at Jun 09, 2013 10:55 PM
Arrive : London(LHR) at Jun 10, 2013 10:45 AM
Class : First Seat(s): unassigned Meal(s): Meal
Flight 2
BRITISH AIRWAYS #115
Flight London(LHR) at Jun 15, 2013 02:50 PM
Arrive : New York(JFK) at Jun 15, 2013 05:25 PM
Class : First Seat(s): unassigned Meal(s): Meal
Fare Summary
Your total miles used is 125,000.
Your Total tax is 984.40 USD. Your total fare (including tax &
charge(s)) for passenger(s) is 984.40 USD
The reservation expired on its own and now I'm seeing that:
a). The BA115 is no longer available in F (the BA113 an hour later is available)
b). The tax & charge(s) is now $1163.50
Any reason for the increase in tax & charge and should I just go ahead and complete the purchase now or wait?
