AA Vacation packages and EQMs

AA Vacation packages and EQMs
I'm contemplating booking a hotel/flight package off of the AA Vacations website, and I was wondering if the miles flown on those flights are elite qualifying of if these flights only accrue redeemable miles.

Yes - as long as you pay for the flights with money then they earn EQMs and EQPs. In fact, even if you use the pay with money and miles option the flights still earn you RDMs, EQMs and EQPs since the miles are paying for the hotel and not the flights.
