2 adults & 1 child - ORD / LHR - $127.90 total
I was just about to purchase plane tickets to go to england over the holidays...since my daughter was born in August, i knew I had to call AA to update the reservation for an "in lap child"...the pre-call total was $2053.50...the after-call today ( 2 adults and a baby ) is $127.90. I have refreshed a few times and know this is a mistake - however, if I complete the purchase at $127.90, will AA most likely come back and correct or was tonight a lottery-esk win? Thank you in advance....and I do realize I what am I asking now, I am not dumb enough to believe this is anything but a computer error - I am just curious as to whether it will be fixed.

No harm in trying it. Although you'll likely get a message that that price is no longer available and AA.com will show you a new total.

They're asking for an additional $127.

Got my "E-Ticket confirmation" from AA reflecting the $127.90, flight numbers, seat numbers etc....I am still skeptical that it actually worked and will call today simply to confirm the information. What I don't want to happen is arrive at the airport and be told the tickets don't exist.
