Porcelain bit in my nuts - look before you snarf!
Just when I thought the same old pasta-or-chicken was getting boring...
Tonight DFW-ATL, wasn't quite done with the nuts so picked up the cup, dumped the rest in my mouth, and bit down. Hiding in the mix was a bigger-than-dime-sized piece of broken porcelain! Judging from the silver trim, I think it was a sliver of another nut cup. One edge was very sharp, fortunately I guess I bit down on the flat side. FA was apologetic, later joked that she hoped the wheat roll really was whole wheat.

Same thing happened to me in a salad last week. You could see where the plate had been chipped. Glad I caught it!

At least this not one of those what compensation should i ask for posts. These things happen. As much as stuff get's shifted around things will break.

It was funnier the first time I read it when I read "porcelain" as "porcupine" and didn't see the "in" in the title. I was starting to wonder how that was AA-specific...
