Two accounts here. One ends in 0, one in 8.

Even if there is a slight ambiguity about the digit 0, which I don't think there is, there is no ambiguity whatsoever about a number of two or more digits that ends in 0.

Slow day here on FT. No GAs, FAs, or TAs horror stories to report?

Mine ends with a picture of a Leprechaun. I think that's odd.

I've seen at least six, and all have ended with an even number. A very interesting and astute observation, vasantn!

This is because AA creates a secondary account with the immediate following number to track illicit activity from mistake fares.

Maybe the people with odd numbers get put in the hold, and we just never see them?

I'm pretty certain that the last digit is a check digit, but that still doesn't explain its evenness.

It's just I get confused when they throw the letters in.

I love the fact that you try to teach elementary school math and grammar on FT. Keep fighting the good fight!! ^
