Electronic Upgrades Clearing Later?
Electronic upgrades seem to be clearing much later over the last couple of weeks. Although there have been lots of business class seats free, the upgrades haven't cleared until 3 hours before the flight. Could this be a change in policy on upgrade releases or perhaps a temporary change during the holiday season designed to catch any last minute bsuiness/first seat sales? An EXP agent agreed there had been a change but didn't know if it was permanent.

I have flights on tues and weds. All three cleared at the 100 hour mark or there abouts. This has been pretty much the norm for me.
