I really think this is an awesome way to thank an employee for a great job! I am surprised that other customer service oriented companies have not copied this type of program. Any thoughts?

My bet is that it will be retained and rolled out across the new company. Parker seems pretty focused on the culture of the organization and how happy and motivated employees can truly make a difference. The employees seem to take these A&B's very seriously; I think they've made a difference and contributed to the turnaround of HP.
