Any other Air partners to credit with?
 
Are there any U.S. based air carriers to credit an HP flight with? I don't fly HP at all but may need to for work..

I believe Hawaiian Air is the only one at present.

ibdsux is right, for a domestic flight, right now, HA is the only one. However, all that may change here in another month, once the merger with US is completed and the new HP/US is a member of Star Alliance. Assuming things stay on the course they appear to be on, at that point, United will become an option.
