Details of rumored Top 100 VIP preferred status are...?

Can somebody tell me the approximate low end milage of member #100. My reason for any details on this 'unpublished' status is that with the merger, US Chairman's preferred + HP gold or platinum = 150,000+/175,000+ miles when combined. Consequentially and hypothetically I might displace a current VIP if some adjustment to the total # of members is not enlarged, if this program continues after the merger.

Any details of the unpublished additional benifits will also be appreciated.

Interesting Question

I would be interested if anyone knows. I don't consider anything under 300k to be a "real" frequent flyer. When I was flying a lot I was doing 500k a year, 100% domestic.

That is truly incredible. That's averaging about 1500 miles/day over a full 365 days. More than half way across the country every single day for 365 days. How in the world did you do it? Or even more so, how did you have time to do anything else? I must say, this would be one of the more interesting personal stories on FT. Care to share any more details?

Yeah that is a ton of mileage. Was there alot of say 200 mi trips that counted as 500 in there?

Thank goodness I don't have to do that.
