737-300 Pre Assigned Exit Row Seats
Hi all..
Does anybody know why HP does not allow pre- assigned exit row seats for the 300 series? I made a call to the Elite Desk and they basically had no explanation. "On some planes were are not allowed to assign these seats" and they didn't know why. I get them on the 200 series and all other flights with no problem.

I've asked about this over and over again. Even posted the same question here. I've never received what I considered a logical, reasonable answer.
Perhaps it is time to write a letter to the CEO? Others on this board have mentioned that their questions/situations were quickly resolved when they have contacted Doug Parker's office.

Thanks for the reply. Does anybody have any ideas on the best way to contact Doug Parker's office? I've searched the website with no luck. Hopefully this will work!
