Premium Points-- What are they about?
I searched the NH website and also this forum, but couldn't find out what exactly premium points are used for. I see I have about 12K of premium points, but I have no idea how these can be used or if they are beneficial for something.
Do these points help when booking an awards ticket or an upgrade?
One other thing is I couldn't find the miles needed for an upgrade, although finding miles needed for an award ticket was fairly straightforward.
