Did you mean this forum? I can't find any reference to NH. Sorry to be a pain, but I guess I still need help (this is probably why I'm still paying through the nose for C). PM me if this is getting off the cheeseburger thread.

Yes, that's right. Start with reading that thread and it should give you a few ideas and then ask some more questions there . Remember to keep in mind the time line of the thread,
those old fares no longer exist, but others do at a somewhat highter price point.

It's slow work -- there's 44 pages. It looks like travel has to originate in Colombo or Bangkok to get the good delas which is far from ideal. Is this the way you travel?

That was one of the best I have ever had! Very moist but not greasy.
Perfect. Served with chips and pickles, olives, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise.
Very BIG with a sesame seed bun, tomatoes, lettuce, and I believe onion.
And they have colas and beer for drink (more appropriate than Champagne anyway).
I can understand why they put it on the menu - some of the Japanese items can be a bit much for the non-Japanese flyers. Comfort food! They also have a calzone which the FAs told me was a "pizza" - didn't try it, but they said it's the "most popular" (?).

After they had carried the "basket" around in F where you were supposed to get whatever toiletries you might require I asked for an amenity kit. The FA had a surprise look but they did assemble one for me.
