NRT/HND tango on NH journeys
 
As a paid Business Class passenger on NH if you have to change airports between connecting flights (eg. SFO-NRT > HND-SYD) are you entitled to a free Limousine Bus transfer?

No, you'll be on your own.

As per the booking - it identifies when you book that self-arranged transfer is required.

You're on your own, but it's super easy to catch a bus, or at least it was back when I did it last (2022).
