JFK to HND NH159 B777-300 ER Premium Economy seat last row recline

Hi folks,
I am about to fly with ANA on their B777-300 ER in Premium economy and all the last row is not taken. Do you please know if there is a limited recline in this last row? If so I would jump to the aisle seat in the middle four because it is 14+ hrs flight.
Is there noise from the pantry area? Would you suggest the middle row or the last row.
Thanks.

There will be no problem with the recline, it is the same as all other rows.

During meal services and prep for meal services there will be some noise from the galley, but I have never found it to be a problem on ANA or JAL.

The armrests are fixed, so you can lie across the row.

We had travelled in 27a and c back in Feb/March without issue. As CPH-Flyer states full recline and minimal noise from the Galley. LHR-HND and return in our case.

Hard product is excellent especially the very large screen but found the food so so. Worth paying for the pre-booked main meals out of HND.

Looking again at a trip in 2024 but despite excellent hard product the significant price difference(more than this year) means we will be likely travel Economy at least one way.

ANA serves the same meal in PY as Y. Only difference is PY gets a wider selection of alcohol from J and 2 more snack choices.

The VGML and VLML meals in PY are so good that I don't care if they are the same as in Y.

I asked about the 2 snack choices (petit four and soup) on another thread and haven't received any response. Do you know what the "petit four" refers to? Anything from the J snack (anytime) menu?

Also, the J alcohol is only offered "between the end of the first meal service and the start of the second meal service" - not sure if it is offered for flights with only one meal service...
