Refund delay of ANA Award ticket
Hello,
Curious if anyone tried to cancel rewards ticket on ANA? I called in to cancel the ticket 2 weeks ago and was informed I'll receive the mileage back and refund of tax/fees within 2 weeks, but still haven't got anything.
The ANA call center is taking 1+ hour to get in so curious to know anyone have done this before? How long did it take to receive the mileage and tax/fees back?
