Can I change an ANA award ticket online anymore?
so...with the new ANA system (Supposedly just the front page), I can't seem to figure out how to change the date on an award ticket.

I've done it before. Any thoughts?

On this screen - you click the button it just scrolls up...Japanese ingenuity!

I recently needed to change the date for an award flight and had the same experience. Finally found the option by searching for “change award ticket date” ( or something like that) on the ANA site while logged in. That brought up a UI with an option where I could enter the passenger name and ANA confirmation to look up the ticket and change the flights.

So it’s doable, just not very intuitive.

Hi- are you able to provide the link? I can't find it on Ana website..
I've actually changed the itinerary twice before, not sure why the change button disappears now.
