NH 1 used to leave IAD around noon and arrive NRT the next day afternoon. Does anyone know if that schedule will remain the same once the new schedule takes effect in October?
I should correct my earlier post. NH102 HND-IAD is a morning flight, close to the original NH2 schedule. NH2 NRT-IAD is an afternoon flight. Both NH101 and NH1 have a late morning departure and afternoon arrival, close to the original NH1 schedule.

Going back to the aircraft rotation question, it seems like there will always be one ANA plane overnighting at IAD, but they would have some flexibility to swap planes around due to overlap between NH102 and NH2 equipment three mornings a week. The weekly schedule at IAD would look like:

Monday: NH101 leaves in the morning, NH2 arrives in the evening and overnights
Tuesday: NH101 leaves in the morning, NH2 arrives in the evening and overnights
Wednesday: NH102 arrives in the morning (2 planes on the ground), NH1 leaves in the morning, the other plane overnights
Thursday: NH102 arrives in the morning (2 planes on the ground), NH1 leaves in the morning, the other plane overnights
Friday: NH101 leaves in the morning, NH2 arrives in the evening and overnights
Saturday: NH101 leaves in the morning, NH2 arrives in the evening and overnights
Sunday: NH102 arrives in the morning (2 planes on the ground), NH1 leaves in the morning, the other plane overnights

September 12th. SFO-NRT direct. I think it is a one off…I was looking at getting mom back to Taiwan ASAP and they open on 9/12 with a short quarantine period. That is how I found it.

Okay, that's what I saw as well. Most of the ones with the Room are routing through LAX.

Unfortunately I have just received an E-Mail from ANA, informing me that my flights in February 2023 on NH204 (FRA-HND) and NH223 (HND-FRA) have been downgraded to 787. I was so looking forward to flying in The Room :-(
As FRA was originally one of the destination which ANA flew constantly with their 777 i'm a little surprised.
Maybe they change it again, when travel entry restrictions are further lifted but i have very little hope.

Snap. I've just had the same email for my flights in Dec. I was really looking forward to flying backwards in my own Room, but alas it isn't going to happen. I just need to suck it up and accept the downgrade.

Yep and not a peep from NH. Charming. You however are a lifesaver. Thank you.

Frustrating complete cancellation of this route but 2x FRA makes sense from the hub and spoke perspective.
