All Nippon Airways status match ?
Hi I recently found a page that ANA is offering status match for AA/DL/JL status holders who resides in the US.
I forgot to save the page and now I am unable to get to it.
Can someone post the link here?

The link, if so desired.
Your Premium Status obtained through the ANA Campaign will be active from the date it is posted to your AMC account (at the earliest April 1, 2022), as long as you remain in full compliance with all the AMC Terms and Conditions, and will expire on March 31, 2023.

I guess this means, however, that you have to credit your flights to NH when using this for lounge access, right?
Does this give access to Polaris lounges, too when flying UA domestic since you'd be an intl program elite member?

you dont have to credit flights, you just need to show your star alliance gold digital card. No elite gets access to the Polaris lounge, United Club only

simply go into the app and you will see your digital platinum card, when you go to the lounge show them your card. They will plug-in your number and see you are a star alliance gold and let you know. 1% of the time they may say you need to credit to ANA, thats not true and if you push back a bit you will be fine.

You'll get access to United Clubs but not Polaris lounges; Polaris lounges are for international business/first class travel only.
