Can’t select biz seats, please help
I am trying to select (business )seats on ANA award ticket on ANA metal and I’ll be damned if I can figure out how to do it! I see seat maps, click on seat I want but I keep getting message when I hit request and continue:
“There are passengers for which seats have not been selected.
Do you wish to continue?” But it’s just me traveling.
Class I (C)
What gives?

I am also on a business class award flight booked with partner miles, and can select seats freely.

Hello,
That business class config is 2-2-2
Is that Cradle seat of Flat Bed ?
I am also trying to figure out my flight from SouthEast to NRT
During pre booking, I checked was 1-2-1
But after Ticket been issued, i want to select Seat, become 2-2-2 just like yours

You likely are on a 787-9 but ANA has planned the 246 seater version instead of the 215 seater version.
I am guessing here, since you don't mention your specific route and flight dates.
Anyway, your question is not for this thread. let us stop this discussion here.

I booked an ANA award ticket through Virgin Atlantic and can't book business class/first class seats. There's no edit button showing and the apply button is greyed out. Anyone else having this issue?
I used the chat function and this is the message: Due to the limited number of seats that can be specified in advance, it may not be possible to specify. It may be possible to specify due to cancellation or change of other customers, so please check the situation again from the seat map on the ANA website after a while. Is ANA blocking seats right now online? It looks like using expert flyer there's no other seats currently reserved on my flights.
