ANA and Philippine Airlines on one PNR - Potential Mess?

So I booked a flight on UA which includes an NH flight to MNL and a domestic PR flight.

What was booked by the travel agent was the ANA flights being credited to UA MP and the PR flight to Mabuhay Miles.

What shows on the ANA website is the whole thing being credited to Mabuhay Miles and it is unable to change it. It says to call.

So I called ANA and they say they have my UA number for the ANA flights. My concern is my ANA flights will be credited to the near-useless Mabuhay Miles program instead of UA MP.

Am I worried about nothing? Are there any additional steps I should take? Thanks!

Yes, you are worried for nothing. Simply make sure your desired ffp is input for each flight segment by looking at your BPs.
