Today, ANA "lowered its earnings outlook for the business year through March, due to weak demand for air cargo and business-class seats amid continued trade conflict between the United States and China."
That was for April - September. Maybe the new seats will boost demand. Maybe a lack of demand will lead to more award space. Maybe that's all wild speculation

It is scheduled to fly to PEK as NH961 as well.
After return from PEK, I believe it will fly to LHR as usual and FRA will be back to old config.
JA793A flew to JFK, then back to LHR.

JA797A was just delivered from the Boeing factory and flew to HND last night. Most likely why the ANA announcement was made today.

Does anyone know what tail numbers are being retrofitted?

The official ANA press release states:
"The first flight from Tokyo will be NH110 (Tokyo/Haneda-New York) and the first out of New York will be NH9 (New York-Tokyo/Narita). Both flights will be departing on November 8th in their respective local time zones"
"The first flight from Tokyo will be NH110 (Tokyo/Haneda-New York) and the first out of New York will be NH9 (New York-Tokyo/Narita). Both flights will be departing on November 8th in their respective local time zones"
"Given the popularity of these aircraft and ANA's commitment to continually improving service, ANA is planning to bring the redesigned Boeing 777-300ER to the Tokyo/Haneda-Frankfurt in 2020 winter schedule."

Surely they won't store brand new 77W (JA796A) for almost an year and use it (and JA798A) for NH10/109 before FRA?
