Booking United flights on ANA
 

Sorry for the newbie question, but I am trying to book a United flight on the ANA website and I only see ANA fligjts offered. Do I need miles in my ANA account before I see partner availability?

I am also trying to book a United flight MIA to CDG on the ANA website and am coming up with no flight results. Has anyone else had this issue and found a work around?

An award flight I assume? Are looking under partner flights?

Yes, award flight and I am looking under partner flights. The performance of the website is really inconsistent. I got one search to work and since then the request just spins and spins until timeout. Suggestions?

I realize the initial post is 2.5 years old, but flySRQ's 'me too' post was just last week. So I figured I'd add another 'me too' here, as I am having the same issue:
I actually do have sufficient miles in my ANA account to book a Star Alliance partner reward ticket. I'm looking to book a United BC RT in May, from SMF (or SFO) to FRA (or STR, MUC, ZRH - and I already tried all those combinations and different dates in May). That BC partner reward ticket should be 88K miles to my knowledge (my balance is 90K). But it keeps coming back with "no results that match your specified search criteria." @CPH-Flyer I don't know what you mean by "looking under partner flights"? I don't see any option to specifically select partner flights. I figured it would automatically show partners for any routes that ANA doesn't cover itself . Is it possible they don't add available award flights until later?

I just tried the same search for an Economy ticket and it does come up with results. So will BC tickets be added later? Or maybe not at all??

I have not looked for a while, and maybe that comment is outdated, there used to be a search flow for ANA and a flow for partner flights.
