How to search multi city award seats?
I just registered ANA MC but can't search availablity. Although it shows "seats available" at the first step, after I selected each flight, it keeps showing "This service is not available for the specified itinerary. Please amend the flight criteria and try again."
I tried round trip and it worked. But any combination of open jaw/multi cities didn't work.

Also, the surchage is that much higher than United? For example I searched YYZ-CAI round trip and get $92 per person on United but $582 on ANA? Both tranfered in JFK and non stop on the way back. Somehow if transfer in London, ANA charges $300 per person but United actually charges slight more than JFK transfer.

For YYZ-CAI-YYZ, MS charges 714CAD (TAX 95CAD, and carrier surcharge 621CAD, round trip).
So, ANA's 582USD isn't unusual high surcharge/TAX.
