TYO to BOM NH829

I'm wondering if anyone has flown this route in J and can report on the relative comfort. 10 hours in a recliner chair could be good or bad.
Relative to this leg, I'm planning a trip that would have 2 weeks in Japan and a week in India. Plenty of availability currently as a round trip, but a RTW would avoid the return leg from BOM. Has anyone done a RTW that includes BOM and continuing westward?

I flew this route last year RT, and they had fully flat seats. Looking at the schedule, it seems like they’re still using 788/789 with a three class CPY configuration, which usually means the lie flat J seats.

I would not fly this route again though. There was a strong odour on the plane when I boarded, which was before most passengers were onboard, so it’s likely that the smell is deeply embedded within the upholstery itself.

There is a nice view of Mt. Fuji as you pass by though, so I would recommend a window seat if you have to take this route.
