Credit card payment issue when booking award flights
 
Hi all, I am trying to book my award tickets on ANA's website. However, the website kept saying the credit card cannot be used please use another credit card. I have tried my, my wife and my parent's credit cards and none of them worked. Any thoughts on that? thanks!

Check and make sure you are using the USA version (English) of the website.(https://www.ana.co.jp/en/us/). AMEX seems to work better if you have that.
