Is there anything I can do with Upgrade points about to expire?

Hi.

I have 24 upgrade points that apparently will expire at the end of this month.

I don't have any plans of flying until May, so I cant use those points to upgrade myself.

Is there anything I can do with these upgrade points?

Change to ANA sky coins which would give a value of 24,000 yen. Not so great value compared to using 20 upgrade points to upgrade business to first class one way.
In the next fiscal year, if you have upgraded flights with miles, can switch the upgrade instrument from miles to upgrade points to recover the miles used. From ANA website FAQ: "I would like to change the upgrade type. (from mileage to upgrade points or vice versa)
You can change the upgrade type only if the mileage and upgrade point sponsor are the same member."
