Why I cant redeem this multi-cities route
 

Hi,

I try to play around the ANA multi-cities route using miles.

the dummy book date :

10/3/19 JFK - CTS (transfer in NRT/HND)
10/7/19 CTS - HKG (transfer in NRT/HND/KIX)
10/10/19 HKG - JFK (transfer in NRT/HND)

I dont know why this is not bookable.

but I tried this works :

10/3/19 JFK - KIX (transfer in NRT/HND)
10/7/19 KIX- HKG (direct)
10/10/19 HKG - JFK (transfer in NRT/HND)

Can anyone give me some ideas?

cannot pass the same transit point more than twice in a roundtrip/multicity journey.
JFK-HND(or NRT)-CTS-NRT-HKG-NRT-JFK violates this.
JFK-HND(or NRT) -KIX-HKG-NRT-JFK doesnt (passes through HND/NRT only twice)
This is to avoid a "round trip within a round trip" type of illegal booking (that would essentially be two separate tickets trying to be booked as one ticket.

You can do
JFK-xNRT-CTS//KIX-HKG-xNRT-JFK

JFK-xNRT-CTS-xKIX-HKG-xNRT-JFK violates a rule that only TWO transfers within Japan. (This route has NRT,CTS,KIX).
Under ANA rule, CTS//KIX is counted as one transfer (land segment).

JFK-xTYO-CTS//TYO-HKG-xTYO-JFK
is valid routing. You can pass through TYO twice.
The rule says only
So in this itinerary, TYO is a midpoint, not departure(JFK), nor destination(HKG).

However, because of web page problem, you have to call ANA.
If an agent in US refused, call Japan :-)

BTW, this rule is for ANA Partner Airline Flight Awards, not ANA International Flight Awards.
If OP uses only ANA flights, parner award rule can't be applied.

Reason: The outbound journey passes through the first city (Tokyo) again, so this itinerary cannot be used with an award ticket.

but can I do this?

10/3/19 JFK - CTS (transfer in NRT/HND) use ANA
10/5/19 CTS - KIX (use 5000 miles from UA) - separate ticket
10/7/19 KIX - HKG (directly only) use ANA
10/10/19 HKG - TPE (EVA) use ANA
10/14/19 TPE - JFK (EVA) use ANA

So how hard to find C (business) seats (4 seats) in 1 time?

I thought the best is 2 seats opens at a time?

Only one stopover is permitted other than a destination (HKG).
You have two (CTS//KIX, and TPE).
So, you can't.

It is believed that among NA routes, only NRT-IAH(4C),NRT-ORD(4C),NRT-MEX(4C) have 4 seats availability for an ordinary member.

Do anyone know for EVA ticket, how many days in advance that ticket can be redeem? 300 days?

and how many seats opens up for business for the first time?

JFK - TPE - HKG

Eva ticket = Booked on ANA and flown on EVA? or booked on EVA?
If the former, same 330 days out (or earliest dates ANA MC allows).
If the later, then wrong forum to post the question!
