P Fare Discount Business to/from JFK. Availability logic?
 
Just a couple weeks ago I was seeing attractively priced P fare class business seats for JFK-TYO-JFK, but now I can't find any at all, for dozens of random searches. Anyone know more about these fares? Are the 30 day max stay, or restricted in some other way? The whole system of P fare biz and N fare PY is evolving and I haven't figured it out yet.

My OP was imprecise... there are P fares but they are expensive! Originally I saw prices under $3,500 USA-BKK, which was reasonable given the reduced earning. But now I'm seeing ~$5k, still at P fare 70%. :confused:
