Domestic 773 Seating Question
I've booked an "experience Japan" foreigner fare for KIX-NRT on a 777-300. I'm connecting on a separate reservation to a 777-300ER in F. When I pull up my KIX-NRT reservation, it shows an int'l config and allows me to select int'l J. However, when I click the aircraft type in a new booking, it shows a domestic configured 777-300. I'm *G through UA if that matters. Might I get lucky and get int'l J for the short flight or is this just a glitch?

A link to aircraft type is wrong. An ANA agent admitted that their web page refers a wrong aircraft type when it is operated by an international config.

I coulnd't find KIX-NRT flight. You probably mean ITM-NRT.
Then, NH2176 is operated by an international config. Your seat map for choosing seat page is correct.

Have only flown NH F so would be nice to check-out J on a short flight

And, you may notice already, row 1 and 2 are international F seats.
You can grab those seats as domestic premium class (pay same day upgrade fee).
