New seats on 77Ws in 2019 in US routes
I came across this this note (https://centreforaviation.com/news/a...om-2019-848531) that suggest that ANA is planing to introduce new seats in 2019 on their fleet to US. I was wondering if anyone has more info? is ANA planning to refurbish their 77Ws with seats similar to those they're planning for the a380s?

Makes sense, the IoJ J seats are great but I was on a 77W recently that looked shockingly worn. The mock-up pics for the A380 J seats look like the 789 seats.

I don't know much about this, but it's welcome news. It's not clear when refurbished 77Ws would enter service though, the release only mentions the seats entering service beginning in April (which sounds like the A380 being delivered in March).

Now that I'm re-reading the story, there's actually no mention of the 77W in particular, it only discusses the 777 family in general. If ANA's 77X order stays on track, I suspect those will be the aircraft that actually gets the new seats.
