ANA switches plan on NRT - KUL direct flights

ANA switches plan on NRT - KUL direct flights
So now my lie flat that I booked months ago is gone.
I understand last minute equipment changes, but every routing between this two locations is now the recliner style business class seats, GRRRRR. I leave in 3 weeks, Too late to change. Even Seatguru is still showing 787 version 2, but ANA is showing version 1.
Anything that can be done? If not, just let me gripe.
